About the Development

Beechtree Place at Mt. Washington is located in the northwest corner of Baltimore City. We are a diverse community of 40 homes with a combination of single-family houses and townhomes. Beechtree Place was established in the early 1990s on a lovely wooded hillside in the historic Mt. Washington neighborhood. We are within walking distance of Mount Washington village, a local shopping area featuring restaurants, shops and a Light Rail station allowing easy access to downtown Baltimore. Mt. Washington is an ideal setting for families. The local elementary school is one of the best public schools in Baltimore City. Children can spend their summers at the Mt. Washington Swim Club or participating in lacrosse, soccer and other sports on the local athletic fields.
